Parking Lot Marks

Hello, Everyone! Today's featured image is, 'Parking Lot Markings 2', a photograph of the surface of a parkine lot. It is the photographic work of DL Ritter and depicts an aesthetic described as one of beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent and incomplete".

As I look at 'Parking Lot Markings 2' I see a beautiful abstract art image deserving of just-right framing. I think it would make a wonderful work of art in a room/office of steel-gray and platinum-gray decor.

Exquisitely Creative Digital Artwork

Today's feature: Fantastic Digital Artwork by Stan Bowman

Stan Bowman has been an artist for nearly 50 years and has exhibited his work both nationally and internationally, as a photographer, painter and digital artist. His artwork is in such collections as the San Francisco Museum of Art, Bibilotech National in Paris, German Photographic Society and many other locations.

Since the mid 1980's he has been involved with digital imaging, not only with still images, but also with digital video, 3D animation and digital music.

His recent work is about finding new ways of seeing digital still images, sometimes working at the pixel level. What excites him is discovering new ways of restructuring imagery using current digital technology.

Stan Bowman's digital art is absolutely gorgeous! I love it and I believe you all will, too!
